Founded in 2020, Coly is revolutionising the tenant matching process for co-living and student housing worldwide. Born out of COLIVE's own technology, Coly takes a scientific approach to increasing tenant wellbeing, satisfaction and community building while minimising conflict.

We met Coly through the +impact accelerator when they were at a turning point. In the early stages of product development, they were scaling down their product offer. We joined their team with a monthly retainer for design support, iterative work and weekly check-ins.

We worked on customer journeys, personas, UX design, intuitive personality cards, a unique interface for the psychometric test, and provided copywriting, design and development for their website. Our work was modular and comprehensive, covering different aspects of design expertise as needed.

In addition to the design service, we provided ongoing support to maintain and iterate the site as new insights required course corrections. Our modular approach allowed for flexibility and scalability as Coly continued to navigate different markets and refine its positioning.
